Come to my weekly belly dance fitness classes.


No dance experience necessary. 


Low impact dance steps, to keep you injury free.


Great for strengthening core muscles. 


Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3:00 pm.


1 hour long

15 minute warmup

30 minute low impact dance fitness

15 minute cool down and stretching


Drop In-$12.00 per session

Punchcard-5 sessions for $55.00


Yoga attire recommended
